These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bd1o platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and each person who uses this site ("User", "you").

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bd1o platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any transaction is made in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate will apply.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. If this requirement is not met, the bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit.

• In live betting, odds may change over time.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets are generally refunded, though this may vary by specific market.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) from game providers.
• Live dealer game results are broadcast in real time and are not altered in any way.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bd1o will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• bd1o is not obligated to pay out winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, our support team must be notified within 7 days. bd1o's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd1o platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Sharing account details with other users.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Participating in any attempt to intentionally fix a match or game.
• Using third-party payment methods.

bd1o reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or if false information is proven.
• In cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

8.1 Closure at User Request
